Returns & Exchanges Policy

At RichBabeSteals, all sales are final except as expressly stated in this policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Limited Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You provide clear photo or video proof

  • The issue is reviewed and approved by our team

If any of these conditions are not met, the request will be declined.


Not Eligible

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size, fit, or style

  • Items ordered by mistake

  • Minor color or design differences

  • Normal wear, use, or washing

  • Shipping delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer


Exchanges

If approved, exchanges are handled at our discretion and subject to availability.

We may choose to:

  • Send a replacement item, or

  • Issue store credit

We are not required to provide an identical item.


Returns

Items may only be returned if explicitly requested by us.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are not covered unless stated otherwise.


Processing

Approved cases are processed after review.
Processing time does not include carrier or transit delays.


Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny any request

  • Refuse service

  • Take action against abusive or fraudulent claims
